Company Secretary
Responsibilities
· Arrange and organize meetings (shareholders meeting,
Board of Director meetings, Management Committee) And take a minutes Meeting.
· Make sure The Company and the Board of Directors comply
with the laws, rules & regulations, and resolutions of Board of Director, AGM,
EGM meeting, including Corporate Governance.
· Preparing corporate information disclosures and related
filing in accordance with the SET and Limited Companies act requirements.
· Manage and control all corporate documents about SET, SEC,
government, and other related documents.
· Coordination and Providing support Board of Directors for
about in formation and regulations related with them.
· Other Project as assigned by Board of Directors, And
Management.
REQUIREMENT FOR SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in business administration or others relate.
- High
administrative and organization skill possess basic knowledge of law and
regulations related to Public Company Limited Company
- Excellent
Command in English is a must with strong translation skills
- Can work
under time constraint
- Minimum 3
years experiences in company secretary and administrative is preferable.
- Experience
in dealing with SET, SEC would be an advantage
